SEND CONDITIONS

At Planet Skin we cover the shipping costs for orders over €35.00 for mainland Spain and Portugal. You will receive your order within 24-72 hours (business days) once it leaves our warehouse.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Planet Skin sends your order to any point in Spain, Portugal, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We also ship to European countries.

TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES

Your Planet Skin orders in the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the Balearic Islands and Europe will arrive via MRW or Correos parcel services.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and shipments outside of Spain will be sent by Correos.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

You will receive your purchase at the address you communicate to us or, if you prefer, you can pick up the order at the offices of the courier company designated for your shipment.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which is will prove receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address by signing.

DELIVERY TIMES

Peninsular Shipments (Spain and Portugal): Once the order is prepared by our warehouse, you will receive it in 24-72 hours ( working days ) .

The order preparation time is normally 1 business day, but in times of high demand it can take up to 3 business days.

On weekends, transport companies do not pick up or deliver.

Balearic Islands: delivery in 48-72 hours.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: delivery in 10 to 15 business days.

Europe: delivery 3 to 7 business days.

These dates may be subject to change due to special circumstances as well as local or national holidays.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

The transport company will attempt to deliver the order up to two times. If you cannot do it due to absence, the package will be left at the offices for collection for 7 days. If after that time the package has not been picked up, it will be returned to our facilities.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE

If the package arrives damaged, opened or with signs of having been tampered with, it should not be collected and you should ask the courier to clearly indicate on your delivery note the reason why the delivery is being refused. In addition, you must take a photo, this way our claim to the courier company will be much more agile and effective.

If you accept the package, despite it being in poor condition, Tradegate to Europe SL is not responsible for the claim to the transport company. The client himself will assume responsibility for the procedures to be carried out with the courier company. We advise that a photo be taken of the package at the time of collection, ideally in the hands of the courier to demonstrate that it has not been subsequently manipulated by the customer. Likewise, we advise instructing the courier to clearly specify on their delivery note that the package was damaged. 

RATES

Shipping costs for mainland Spain and Portugal are 3.95 euros, and free if the order exceeds €35. Balearic Islands 9.90 euros. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla €21.90, with the total purchase exempt from VAT (includes the DUA -Export Clearance- but the client must be responsible for the import clearance and local taxes). For the rest of the European countries, shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you place your order in the “shopping cart”.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

At the end of the purchase process, you will receive a confirmation email from Planet Skin. In addition, when your order is on its way, you will receive its tracking number with a direct link to know the status of the shipment and its location at any time.
