How to use Muldream gua sha
Face: After using the moisturizer, take it upwards from the chin to the bottom of the ear. Push expression lines outward as if extending them to the sides, and extend the area around the cheekbones upward. Neck: Place the gua sha on the protruding muscles by rotating the neck and pushing down from just below the ear to the spinal bone. Body: Press the tense muscles of the arm, calves and legs, relaxing the tense muscles of the body.
