  After facial cleansing, moisten your nose well. With dry hands, remove the plastic covering the patch, apply it to your nose and leave it on for 10 – 15 minutes until the patch is completely dry. Then remove carefully, starting at the edges and moving towards the center.

  TIP: The patches work best when the pores are open, so we recommend using them after a hot shower.
