Where can I check my coins?

Log in with your account on our website www.planet-skin.com and in your profile you will find the option to access the Planet Club through a widget.

What are points or Planet Coins?

Points are the reward you receive for every action you take within our Club. We affectionately call them Planet Coins, but they are exactly the same.

How many points do I earn for my orders?

For every euro spent you earn 5 points.

I have indicated my birthday. When do I receive my points?

These Planet Coins are loaded into your account on the same day as your birthday.

When can I redeem my coins?

When you accumulate the amount of points necessary to obtain the first reward. Keep in mind that to obtain the discount reward on your order, the purchase must be at least €30.

In your account, in the Planet Club widget, you will be able to see the available redemption options and the points you need for each one.

Do discounts or points expire?

No, neither the discounts nor the points expire. In the redemption section of the club you can always see the different rewards you have available. The points or coins will always remain active in your account.

Remember that you always have to log in with the same email and password with which you register in the Club.
