Dearboo Brightening Vita C Hyaluronic Toner
Anti-spot toner , treats pores, controls excess sebum, hydrates and illuminates the skin. Formulated with 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, a water-soluble derivative of vitamin C that helps improve spots by inhibiting melanin production. In addition, it helps improve blemishes and reduce pores to prevent excess oil while controlling sebum secretion. It also contains Hippophae Rhamnoides fruit extract which has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and skin regenerating properties, and is rich in vitamin E to help relieve pigmentation and maintain oil and water balance.
